IFA 2017: Acer Press Conference Round-Up!
IFA is one of the largest and longest running industrial expo in the world where the largest manufacturers like Acer to outdo each other!
At the Acer press conference, announced updated versions of their current products and new ones for their subsidiary Pawbo like the Pawbo iPuppyGo activity and wellness lightweight pet tracker, the Pawbo WagTag cloud-connected location and environment tracking dog collars, the Pawbo Munch smart treat-dispenser that works with the Pawbo+ allowing pet owners to interact with their pets, whether at home or away.
Acer also announced two LTE-connected 360-degree cameras: the Holo360 all-in-one camera that allows users to capture, view, edit and share with just one device, and the Vision360 cloud-connected in-car camera, designed for peace-of-mind, and fun driving experiences.
Acer expanded its Aspire desktop line with the new 23.8-inch Aspire S24 all-in-one desktop PC that has striking design elements including a 5.97 mm ultra-thin and borderless display portion and Champagne-gold accents, adding a touch of elegance and luxury. It is powered by the latest 8th Generation Intel Core processors and optional Intel Optane memory. It comes with up to 256 GB SSD and 2 TB HDD of storage space. It also has a wireless charging area on the base supports charging for Qi-enabled devices.
Acer announced a new model in its award winning Chromebook 15 line with a 15.6 inch display with a new stylish aluminum design and long battery life of up to 12 hours. It is made of an Aluminum top cover and palmrest that provides a premium touch and feel. It has a fanless design provides for quiet operation and upward-facing speakers surrounding the keyboard deliver premium sound to complement the spacious display for a great multimedia experience.
Acer's ultra slim convertible and detachable Windows 10 devices with the next generation of Swift, Spin and Switch models with the latest 8th Generation Intel Core processors. The Swift 5 is the ultraslim and ultralight notebook for the agile user whose life never stops by weighing only a kilogram. The Spin 5 is a new convertible for every-day use.
