Android O Update Confirmed For Nokia 3, 5, 6!

Nokia's new 3, 5, and 6 smartphones are launching in the country next week. In case, you are one of those who's interested in buying them, we have gathered some great news for you.

HMD Global, the company behind Nokia, has confirmed that Nokia 3, 5, and 6 will all be upgraded to the upcoming Android O once it's available in the market.

Android O is the next version of the most popular mobile operating system in the world. It is expected to bring significant updates in user interface, performance, optimization, and security coming from Nougat.

The spokeperson from HMD Global told TechRadar "the smartphones will get the Android O update once the new release is available from Google for their OEM partners, the same way HMD Global is committed to the monthly Android security updates".

However, the said spokesperson couldn't give an exact date of availability yet. But, hey, at least Nokia is committed in providing updates quicker compared to other brands.
