Mi Philippines Service Centers are now EXCLUSIVELY via Citylight Telecom!

The Mi Philippines after sales and warranty service for all of their products will now be handled by the Citylight Telecom!

The Chinese smartphone brand said in a Facebook post that all of the products bought from Authorized Mi Stores and Authorized Mi Dealers will now be processed via cellphone repair and accessories company.

Citylight Telecom is a known after-sales service provider established in 1999 and is also authorized to handle brands such as Lenovo, Huawei, Alcatel, ZTE, Inifinix, and now Mi Philippines.

There are 28 Citylight Telecom stores nationwide where Mi consumers can get their smartphones serviced when needed. You can check the photo above the list of the stores near you.

You can book a schedule online for after-sales concern by visiting their website here. Walk-ins are also accepted but according to the Mi Philippines' post, they highly-encourage booking a slot online.

Mi Philippines also said that devices bought from the "gray market" will not be accepted.
