Xiaomi is set to reveal the Redmi 6 in China on June 12. According to new teasers, it will be a "lag-free" smartphone even with long term usage.

Three variants are expected to launch at the event. It include the Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, and the Redmi 6 Plus/Pro.

The Redmi 6A could feature a 5.45-inch HD+ 1440 x 720 screen, Snapdragon 625 SoC, 3,000mAh battery, dual cam setup, Android 8.1 Oreo OS.

The Redmi 6 is expected to come with a 5.45-inch HD+ 1440 x 720 display with 18:9 screen aspect ratio. It could be powered by the 64-bit Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor, Adreno 506 GPU, 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB expandable storage, and 3,000mAh battery.

The possible Redmi 6 Plus/Pro could be the notched device with thick bezels found spotted on TENAA recently. It will go with a bigger 5.84-inch FHD+ 2280 x 1080 screen with 19:9 screen aspect ratio, Snapdragon 625 SoC, 4,000mAh battery, and a dual selfie camera setup with 12MP + 5MP setup.

Xiaomi's way of making a "lag-free" smartphone even with long term usage is still unknown for now.

Other than that, the company hasn't revealed any details regarding the device yet.
