Apple's most expensive laptop yet, priced at USD 6,699 (PHP 359,000)!

You want a massive storage and powerful processor? Apple's MacBook Pro got you covered! However, it comes at a high price.

Apple announced users can now customize their device, equipping MacBook Pros with 4 terabyte (TB) of storage, an Intel Core i9 processor, and 32GB of random access memory (RAM). 

For the top configuration, the US-based tech company is charging USD 6,699 or about PHP 359,000. 

According to The Verge, the price tag was USD 2,400 more than last year's best MacBook Pro. Apple's base models for laptops, meanwhile, are still priced at USD 1,799 for the 13-inch model and USD 2,399 for the 15-inch model.

To recall, in 2017 Apple was offering a USD 300 upgrade for faster Intel processor, from a 2.6GHz Core i7 chip to a 2.9GHz Core i9, and storage upgrades to 1TB for USD 400 or 2TB for USD 1, 200. 

But for 2018, the company is providing two options: storage upgrades of 32GB of RAM for USD 400 or an extra USD 3,200 for 4TB of storage, thus increasing the price for a top configuration.
