The ICT company has rumors surfacing online last month. One of those was its rumored three-way partnership with the government and state-owned China Telecom Corp., and Chinese smartphone giant, Huawei.
This partnership will make the Over-the-Air technology possible so that there would be no cabled internet. The announcement for this leaked information is being expected before the year ends.
