According to the document, the Finland-based firm already gained the full control of the PureView brand since last week, August 23.

PureView is a known camera tech, originally developed by Nokia. It was later on bought by tech giant Microsoft, along with Nokia Devices and Services division, to use for Lumia-branded Window phones.

To recall, the PureView brand was present in Nokia Lumia 920, 1020, and 1520.

The smartphone market last saw the camera technology in Microsoft's 2015 flagship Lumia 950.
