More specs of Honor 8X Max are now out!

More features of the much-awaited Honor 8X Max have been revealed online!

The leaked specifications were ahead of the Chinese firm Honor's official launch set on September 5.

Based on its listing on JD.com, the smartphone may feature a waterdrop-shaped notch, and a slight chin at the bottom housing the Honor branding. 

It will tout a 7.12-inch display with a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. For its optics, the device will sport a dual-camera setup on the back and a rear fingerprint scanner. 

The listing also unveiled that the Honor 8X Max is equipped with 18W quick charging that gives users 40 minutes of calls with a quick 10-minute charge.

Earlier reports also said the Honor 8X and 8X Max will be powered by the Snapdragon 660 SoC. 

Moreover, a TENAA listing showed that the Honor 8X touts a 7.12-inch FHD+ 2244 x 1080 panel with an 18.7:9 aspect ratio, pack 4GB of RAM, 64GB of inbuilt storage, and has 4,900mAh battery. 

Its cameras on the back will have 16-megapixel primary sensor paired with a 2-megapixel sensor. The device's selfie shooter will have 8-megapixel sensor. 

It will also run on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI on the top.

According to JD.com the Honor 8X Max has a price tag of CNY 9,998. But industry sources said the figure was not the real price of the device.
