Power Mac Center launches lowered service rates and enhanced Mail-In Repair service

Power Mac Center continues with their effort to provide genuine and hassle free premium services to their customers such as repairs.

Power Mac Center now offers lower service repair rates

To improve service!

They are now launching lowered service repair rates and enhanced service offerings. Customers with Apple devices can utilize Power Mac Center's Apple Authorized Service Providers with the lowest fees for both diagnosis and software repair services.

They also now have an enhanced Mail-In repair service

For customers that need their iPhone or iPad fixed can now avail of the Software Repair Service for only PHP 800. There is also a minimum of PHP 1,000 fee for the initial diagnosis. On the other hand, Macs and other portable devices can have their software fixed for only PHP 2,000 with a minimum of PHP 2,500 initial diagnosis fee.

You can now send in your Apple device for repairs from your home

These new rates will be available in all Power Mac Center Service Providers nationwide. In addition to that, Power Mac Center is now also offering an enhanced Mail-in Service with a door-to-door option. This means that customers can have their Apple devices picked up from their preferred location and delivered after repairs are done.

The process is simple for the Mail-In Service

1. Customers will need to call the Power Mac Center Customer Service hotline at (02) 752-4762 for guides on the service process, fees and documents to settle.

2. Once everything is validated, Power Mac Center's accredited courier will pick up the device and deliver it to the Service Center.

3. After the repairs, the accredited courier will deliver the device back to the customer's location.

The Mail-in service is available in all Power Mac Center Service Centers except Cagayan de Oro and Iloilo city.
