The next great Moto phone?

A new phone with In-Screen selfie camera soon?

The renders of the P40 showed that it will have Samsung Galaxy A8s-like design this time. It will feature a big 6.2-inch display with a hole in the screen for the selfie camera, near bezel-less design, and to eliminate the notch. Details on the selfie cam sensor are scarce for now.

The renders also showed that it will come with a shiny glass-like back cover design, rear fingerprint scanner, and the Android One branding. Since it runs with Android One, we could expect this device to receive frequent and fast updates from Google.

The camera at the back is said to be a 48MP sensor. It could be the same camera found on the new Honor V20 with 4-in-1 pixel binning technology for better low light snaps.

It will also feature a USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone back.

91Mobiles said that it P40 will roughly measure at 160.1 x 71.2 x 8.7 mm. But, the total thickness will be about 10 mm if you will include the protruding back camera hump.

We just do not know yet when will it be available.

We will keep you posted.
