The Japanese electronics company launched the industry-first 12,000 lumen native 4K 3LCD laser projector and boasts as the lightest in its class, the EB-L12000Q. Meanwhile, the EB-L20000U, is the Epson's first model in the 20,000 lumen WUXGA installation projection sector.

EB-L12000Q projector comes with the Epson-developed native 4K panel that can deliver stunning 4K resolution at 3840 x 2160 pixels for more than UHD quality projections.

These projectors according to Epson are suitable for use in rental and staging events, large auditoriums, and signage installations. Due to the laser light source, Epson projectors can be installed in various configurations, making it one of the most flexible.

Both the EB-L12000Q and EB-L20000U comes in a light and compact design despite the level of its brightness. Epson integrated its original laser light source structure and advanced electrostatic filter in these two projectors making them capable to deliver up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free use.

Epson is the only one who can produce a balance of white balance and color brightness, which results in better color reproduction and image quality.

Epson also equipped these two new projectors with triple layer of dust-proof structure housing, reducing the dust intake. Epson has also developed a new cooling system that maintains optimal temperature of key optical elements within the sealed optical engine.

Both projectors are also compatible with the new zero lens offset ultra-short throw lens ELPLX02 with wider lens shift. It is useful with extremely limited lens-to-screen distances. These projectors have also support for Hybrid Log Gamma and HDR10.

We have achieved a new milestone with the EB-L12000Q with 4K native projection, bringing amazing quality resolution to our range of projectors. Both the projectors are able to offer a wide range of functions and ease of integration to existing infrastructure to the rental and staging sector with their compatibility of lenses and interchangeable interfaces and are indeed an important addition to our high brightness line-up, said Ng Ngee Khiang, Regional Director, Visual and Products & Robotics Solution Division, Epson Singapore.
