First off, it is made in partnership with AKG by Harman. Samsung teamed up with them to fine tune the audio experience. It is 30 percent smaller than the previous Samsung Icon X.

Inside, it has a new and improved chipset. It will deliver smarter and better performance. Pairing the Galaxy Buds with your Samsung device is as easy as opening the case accepting the prompt. No more pairing codes or other complicated pairing processes.

The Galaxy Buds has adaptive dual microphones that listens for outside noise to adjust volumes accordingly. This is particularly useful when you use the Galaxy Buds for calls in a noisy area.

In terms of battery life, it can store up to 6 hours of music playback in a single charge. If you ever run out of juice, you can charge the Galaxy Buds wirelessly. The best part is if you own the Galaxy S10, you can just place the Galaxy Buds case at the back of the phone and it will charge it via Wireless Powershare.

It also loads with Samsung's smart assistant Bixby. Bixby can accept voice commands such as "Play my morning playlist" through the Galaxy Buds and initiate the task seamlessly. It also adds three more languages in its books with German, Spanish and Italian. It even supports British English too.

Price and availability


The Samsung Galaxy Buds comes in three colors. It is priced at USD 129 and will be available starting on March 8th. In Europe, it is priced at EUR 149 and is slated for a March 29th availability.

In the Philippines, it is priced at PHP 6,990 and will be available in March. 


Furthermore, you can also get it bundled with the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ if you pre-order the phones.
