Redmi Note 7 will arrive on March 20!

In under a month of its February 28 launch, the Redmi Note 7, from Xiaomi's sibling brand, gets a huge update! The MIUI 10.2.7.0 rolled-out in India and it introduces an enhanced low light camera mode.

The Redmi Note 7 did not launch with one out of the box. It is a big plus that Xiaomi decided to include the popular feature into its OTA update. The update file is huge with a 500MB download that is a separate update from the March security patch.

As a refresher, Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3-inch screen, Snapdragon 660 AIE processor, up to 6GB RAM, up to 64GB storage, 4,000mAh battery with USB-C Quick Charge 4+ tech, 13MP selfie camera, fingerprint scanner at the back, IR blaster, and dual SIM slots. It is also one of the first phones in the world with a 48MP f/1.8 primary camera with pixel binning technology.

The Redmi Note 7 will soon arrive in the Philippines. It is scheduled for a local launch on March 20.
