The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear, and tear, or aging.

The warranty will also be voided by accident/negligence of persons other than authorized Promate sales or service agents, unauthorized service. and/or factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship. This means that any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.
