Redmi Note 8T with NFC now official

For the European market, Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi launched the Redmi Note 8T with NFC for payments.

Basically, it has similar specs to the regular Redmi Note 8, but with NFC

It still has the body with Gorilla Glass 5 back and P2i water splash resistance, 6.3-inch FHD+ notch screen, 11nm Snapdragon 665 SoC, up to 4GB RAM, up to 128GB expandable storage, and 4,000mAh battery with USB-C 18W fast charging.

The phone also has the 48MP f/1.8 main cam, 8MP ultra-wide cam, 2MP 2cm macro cam, and 2MP f/2.4 depth camera. For selfies, you'll find a 13MP shooter.

Soon, it will be available in the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

There's no word if it will go official in other parts of the world yet.

Meanwhile here in PH, the regular Redmi Note 8 starts at PHP 7,990.
