G2E Asia Event Series officially arrives in the Philippines

International gaming trade show and conference G2E Asia has brought its event series to the Philippines. 

A two-day show about gaming and entertainment

Started in 2007 in Macau, this event showcases opportunities for the Asian gaming-entertainment industry.

What does this G2E Asia event series entail?

Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) supported this two-day event which will consist of an expo, educational conference and networking prospects. Ms. Andrea Domingo, Chairman, and CEO of PAGCOR launched the event with her opening speech on how PAGCOR operates in a transparent and credible framework.

She discussed how the corporation builds active relations with law enforcement agencies to prevent and solve gambling-related illegal activities. Aside from that, PAGCOR is implementing a non-proliferation policy on areas that are already saturated with gambling and entertainment businesses. This is to regulate and rationalize economic success for the stakeholders.

After the opening speech, there was a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Ms. Andrea Domingo and other VIPs from the public and corporate sectors. After that, there was also a Lion Dotting Ceremony as a sign of good luck for the event series.

The conference program will deliver educational forums from well-known leaders and influencers and it will focus on two themes. The first is "ASEAN Market Perspectives: Opportunities and Threats" and the other one is "Beyond Gaming".

G2E Asia @ the Philippines will give the participants a chance to widen their business networks among gaming operators and professionals not only here in the Philippines but also those from nearby countries.
