LazMall Guaranteed Delivery Service

LazMall Guaranteed Delivery is now rolled out in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. It is made to provide LazMall customers with more security and assurance in terms of faster and more reliable delivery. It also comes with hassle-free compensation in case the delivery date is not met.

This service showcases Lazada's supply chain infrastructure and logistics capabilities which are now powered by machine learning. With a network of warehouses and fulfillment centers, Lazada is leading in deliveries handling 70 percent of all last-mile deliveries across different markets.

The late delivery compensation will now support two of LazMall's customer satisfaction and security features such as a guarantee of 100 percent authentic items as well as the 15-day easy return policy.

LazMall Guaranteed Delivery sellers will be distinguished by two pink delivery van icons. The one with the check will mean that delivery will start from the next day while the 24h van icon indicates that delivery will be fulfilled 24 hours after the order is finalized.

In cased of missed deliveries, customers do not need to file a claim for compensation and the compensation amount, which varies in each market, will be automatically credited to the customer in their Lazada wallet.
