LG's Android 10 update has Desktop mode

First discovered by Carlos Bagnel on this updated LG V50, LG's Android 10 updated arrived with a custom Desktop mode.

The Desktop mode will allow select Android 10 users to turn monitors into a PC. All you need is a USB-C to HDMI adapter and attach it to your phone and the monitor.

This is similar to what Huawei and Samsung are offering on their high-end devices.

The PC mode will allow LG users to enjoy their phones on a bigger display and use it as a web-based computer. If your HDMI adapter has more ports, you can even attach a keyboard and mouse on it to make it easier to navigate.

Currently, this feature is not yet available on all LG phones. Likely, you will see it only on high-end smartphones of the company.

So far, it is only available via LG V50, LG G8 ThinQ, and LG G7 One.

Let's hope that more phones will have this feature soon.
