After the announcement of the jaw-dropping Vivo APEX 2020 that you can read about at this link, the Chinese phone manufacturer announced the new Z6 5G. At the core of the new device is the Snapdragon 765G processor with dual-mode 5G (SA/NSA).

This new processor and 5G combo are cooled by what the company claims as "PC-grade" liquid cooling that uses an 85mm liquid-cooled heat pipe and a multi-layer graphite heat sink.

It comes in 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage variants.

In front of the device is a large 6.57-inch, 20:9 display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 and a screen to body ratio of 90.74 percent. There is a punch hole on the upper right side that houses the 16MP front-facing camera.

At the back of the device is a quad-camera set-up made up of a 48MP main camera, 8MP 112-degree ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor.

Powering the device is the 5,000mAh battery that charges via USB-C with support for 44W fast charging. It promises to charge the battery from 0 to 70 percent in 35 minutes.

At the back, there is a fingerprint scanner. There is a headphone jack at the bottom and the device is running on an Android 10 based version of FunTouch OS 10.

Entry variant of 6GB/128GB will set you back CNY 2,298 or around PHP 17K. If you want the 8GB/128GB model, it cost you CNY 2,598 or around PHP 19K without taxes and duties yet.
