Trade Desk, TikTok partnership

The partnership will allow advertisers to access premium TikTok inventory across the Asia-Pacific region through the Trade Desk platform.

TikTok will be the first short-form video platform to integrate its ads with The Trade Desk.

As a popular destination for creativity and discovery, TikTok makes brands excited with the opportunity to reach millions of users on the platform.

The integration with The Trade Desk will make it easier for advertisers to use TikTok with their campaigns. PepsiCo is the first to access TikTok via The Trade Desk. It used it to run a campaign for the Lays portfolio in Thailand.

The Trade Desk and TikTok assure users that campaigns will not directly identify users. Clients and partners are prohibited from providing personal data into The Trade Desk platform.

The partnership will also prioritize marketplace quality, blocking non-human impressions before purchase, as well as ensuring brand safety.

The partnership covers 11 Asia-Pacific markets including Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, as well as Russia.
