Yes! Night mode for ultra-budget smartphones soon!

This feat was made possible by using Google's computational photography prowess by taking a burst of photos without a flash and by merging them into a single bright and sharp image.

Google highlighted that this tech is a first in its class as Night mode is previously exclusive to mid-range and high-end smartphones only.

Bringing the Night mode on entry-level devices is one of the top requests from its users.

The rollout started yesterday October 5 to the Nokia 1.3, Wiko Y61, and Wiki Y81.

Nokia 1.3 is a phone priced at EUR 99 which is around PHP 5.4K out of straight conversion.

Google also noted that they are excited to bring his feature to more devices soon

Aside from the Night mode, Android confirmed that HDR on Camera Go is coming soon to increase the quality of images taken on entry-level smartphones.

Android Go owners, are you guys excited?
