Since large reunions and Christmas parties are prohibited, Jollibee came up with a solution by launching Jolly e-Gifts!
There are two types of Jolly e-Gifts available: e-Product Vouchers and e-Gift Certificates. The e-Product Vouchers are only redeemable for specific Jollibee products only while the e-Gift Certificates have Peso denominations that are like paper GCs in other stores.
To purchase Jolly e-Gifts, visit the Jollibee website or the Facebook messenger chatbot. The e-Gifts can be paid through different cashless options. Customers may purchase the Jolly e-Gift Certificates via credit card, while the Jolly e-Product Vouchers can be paid via credit card, PayMaya, GCash, and GrabPay. However, the recepient can collect the Jolly e-Product vouchers via email or SMS.
Jolly e-Gifts can be redeemed in Jollibee’s various distribution channels, whether dine-in, take-out, or drive-thru. e-Product Vouchers is only valid within sixty (60) days whereas e-Gift Certificates do not expire.
For e-Gift certificates, Jollibee stores honor senior citizens and PWD discounts for redemption. But note that if the amount of purchase is lower than the e-Gift certificate value, no change will be given.
