Build/Design - The two devices using polycarbonate materials for the backplate and the frame. The front panels are made out of glass. Both have a textured body as well. The design of the POCO M3 is more unique-looking for us.
Display - The realme narzo 20 has a 6.5-inch 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 protected LCD (LTPS) screen with 1600 x 720 HD+ resolution at 269 ppi pixel density.
POCO M3 has a 6.53-inch 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 protected LCD (LTPS) screen with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution and 395 ppi pixel density.
In this aspect, both devices have similar-sized screens but the POCO M3 takes the lead with its FHD+ resolution versus narzo 20's HD+ resolution.

Benchmarks indicate that the G85 is a bit faster. For RAM and storage, it is virtually the same in size but POCO M3 has a more updated tech used in storage.

Our thoughts
POCO M3 came out with a better package for PHP 7,990. It has a better screen, better storage size and speed, and more extra features than the realme narzo 20.
However, narzo 20 is arguably a bit faster. It also has a better camera system with a more useful secondary camera sensor.
