Insta360 worked with Leica to co-engineer its new action camera. The One R 1-inch Edition may be compact but it is powerful.

It has an adaptive design that reminds us of building block toys wherein you can detach parts and reconfigure the reversible touchscreen on the go. It is also waterproof up to 5 meters. It measures just 78.7 x 53.8 x 47.2 mm and weighs 158.2 g.

It can shoot 5.3K videos at 30fps and 4K videos at 60 fps. It can even reach up to 120 fps for 1080p videos. The videos remain smooth due to the FlowState Stabilization feature. The sensor itself is a 1-inch 19MP f/3.2 sensor that ensures high-quality and crisp images. 

It can shoot photos at 5312 x 3552 resolution at 3:2 aspect ratio and 5312 x 2988 at 16:9. It has a 14.4mm focal length that is a 35mm equivalent focal length. It supports 100 to 3200 ISO. It also has RAW DNG format support for photos.

Additional features include Voice Control, Hyperlapse, TimeShift video, HDR Photo, and Night Shot. It also has a 6-axis Gyroscope. It connects via Bluetooth 4.0 and 5GHz WiFi. It can accept up to 1TB UHS-I V30 microSD card. It has a 1,190mAh with a 65-minute charging time via USB-C.
