vivo released the Y20G which packs promising features for its price in India.
The vivo Y20G is produced at the company's Greater Noida facility in India as part of the "Make in India" program.
In the past years, mobile brand vivo already launched five phones under the Y20 series namely Y20, Y20i, Y20s, Y20A, and Y20 (2021). Y20G is its sixth member.
The vivo Y20G sports a 6.51-inch HD + LCD screen with a tiny notch for the 8MP selfie camera.
Inside, is MediaTek's 12nm Helio G80 chipset runs this one and it is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128 internal memory. It is equipped with a microSD card slot so the storage is expandable up to 1TB.
For battery, it has a capacity of 5,000mAh and it has support for 18W fast charging.
The back panel contains the camera setup that includes a 13MP main, 2MP macro, and 2MP depth sensor.
There's a side-mounted fingerprint reader that vivo claims can unlock the device in 0.17 seconds.
The smartphone boots Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.
The vivo Y20G comes in two colors, Obsidian Black and Purist Blue.

vivo is offering this in India through its local website, Amazon India Flipkart, Paytm, Tata Cliq, and offline retail stores across the country.
There's no information yet if this is going to arrive in other countries soon.
