Helping companies achieve business continuity during the pandemic

Gur Lavi Corp started as a small company 10 years ago then it was able to be one of the fastest-growing telecommunications distributors. Aside from that one of its flagship brands, TeLavi Cloud is said to be an all-in communication platform in the country.

GLC President and CEO Erwin Co said that during the ongoing health crisis, several companies have transitioned to cloud-based solutions. The pandemic resulted to work from home setup for their employees so they can still perform office tasks. Co explained,

We want to help the Filipino community. We understand how hard it is to operate a business during this pandemic that’s why we have created solutions and made them available at low cost to uplift entrepreneurs and help them get out of their current situations.

By partnering with these tech giants, TeLavi Cloud can provide a better experience as it offers a unified communications and call center solutions platform tailored for companies with remote employees.

For example, the Danish brand Jabra offers a variety of audio equipment and videoconference systems. Meanwhile, Logitech manufactures input and interface devices for laptops and PCs, and other digital products. Cisco Systems is known to produce networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment, and other high-technology services and products. Yealink, on the other hand, specializes in video conferencing, voice communications, and collaboration solutions.

Those who are working from home can now receive calls from any Android or iOS device using any web browser or an IP phone. Aside from that, they can answer the calls coming from customers who are contacting them through office landline numbers.

According to TeLavi, the Philippines is still thriving to overcome the challenges that the country is still facing. Luckily, there are companies that have come up with innovations that can help both Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and big companies to fully adopt the new way of managing the business.
