Yoimiya and Ayaka

New city and characters, more adventures to discover!

Inazuma is one of the major 7 nations in the game along with Mondstadt and Liyue Harbor. Just like the first two countries in the game, Inazuma will bring unique cultures, stories, stunning landscapes and offering a new set of creatures, monsters, secrets, and hidden treasures for players to discover.

Unlike Mondstadt and Liyue, Inazuma is surrounded by the sea on all sides and consists of six main islands, often accompanied by a strong sea breeze and thunderstorms. Although Inazuma is greatly affected by fleeting lightning and the Electro element, the Electro Archon who rules the area has turned to the pursuit of eternity. Throughout the adventure in Inazuma, players will be able to explore the unique cultural landscapes, stories, secrets, and historical connections to Inazuma and the Electro Archon on each of the different islands, as well as the answers to eternity from the Electro Archon herself.

Mihoyo says that more regions, stories, characters, and seasonal events are going to be released as the game progresses.

The new nation contains newer characters such as perhaps the most-awaited and hyped from the Genshin community "Kamisato Ayaka". A five-star character that uses swords with a Cryo element at her disposal. "Yoimiya" is another five-star icon that uses a bow and a Pyro element. The last character will be "Sayu" a loli four-star character that uses claymore and wields Anemo element.

In the last minutes of the trailer, there's also a glimpse of the city's Electro Archon rumored as "Baal". Perhaps a hint of her impending arrival in the coming months.

There are going to have new bosses to defeat and loots to collect in the new region as well. The Pyro Hypostasis and Perpetual Mechanical Array are among the bosses that adventures will have to face on the newest update. Maguu Kenki will appear as a World Boss and a source of Character Level-Up Materials in Inazuma Eleven after its introduction in Version 1.6.

More new features will be included in the Version 2.0 update to improve the player experience, including the long-awaited cross-save function for PlayStation, PC, and mobile. Meanwhile, the game will have more detailed character shading, Haptic Feedback support for the PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller, and other feature enhancements to provide players a richer visual and tactile experience.

The game is playable on multiple platforms such as PC, PS4, and mobile. Meanwhile, a Switch version is yet to be released.
