As a recap RUSH eStore allows merchant partners to do more than just selling and engaging customers. It also looks for proactive solutions to improve operations like in logistics. With its partnership with GrabExpress, the delivery service is now embedded in the RUSH eStore platform. Businesses can now easily book a delivery-partner, meet orders, and even do cash-on-delivery deals.

Last-mile deliveries allow merchant partners to get their products to customers in the most cost-efficient manner. Yes, in-house logistics might seem the more ideal choice, however, it can be difficult to scale with large volumes of orders. Third-party logistics will be a better and more reasonable expense to handle deliveries for businesses.

One of the more popular features of the RUSH eStore is that it gives the ability to merchant partners to expand or reduce their kilometer radius coverage with just one click. This allows businesses to reach more customers and calculate their distance. This gives merchants control over coverage and delivery pricing. The partnership supplements this important feature since Grab has the widest reach in Metro Manila and key cities all over the country.

Currently, RUSH serves some of the country’s biggest brands that include Globe, Unilever, The Bistro Group, and Generika. It also enables SMEs to grow their presence in the digital space by providing customized and easy-to-use programs. Its white-label apps and services are utilized by over 100 companies with 27 million registered users.
