Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 teased, to go official today August 10

A new Mi Pad is finally coming. On Weibo, Xiaomi earlier confirmed that the Mi Pad 5 will go official today August 10.

Mi Pad 5 is finally coming!

The company's teaser showed the rounded corners of the tablet attached to a keyboard cover case with a leather-looking texture on the surface. There is also a teaser confirming that it has a flat metal-like frame with an antenna line along with a stylus pen.

The rest of the missing details are still unverified for now. But, rumored to feature a 10.9-inch LCD (IPS) display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and Snapdragon 870 SoC with 5G for the Mi Pad 5 and Mi Pad 5 Pro.

There could also be a light version with Snapdragon 860 SoC.

This tablet will go alongside the Mi MIX 4.
