iQOO Z5x with MediaTek Dimensity 900, 50MP camera, and 120Hz screen now official

iQOO Z5x was just unveiled in China. It has the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, 50MP camera, and a 120Hz screen in 3 different configurations.

iQOO Z5x is now official in China starting at CNY 1,599!

It has a 120Hz FHD+ screen and Dimensity 900

For starters, the iQOO Z5x has a polycarbonate back with a rectangular vertical camera bump with a dual-camera setup and LED flash. In front, it has a 6.58-inch LCD screen with 2408 x 1080 FHD+ resolution. 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz screen sampling rate, HDR-support,  1500:1 contrast ratio, and 401 ppi pixel density. It also has a dewdrop notch.

Inside, it has the 6nm 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 900 octa-core processor, Mali-G68 GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, up to 256GB UFS 2.2 expandable storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 44W flash charge technology. It also has up to 4GB of virtual RAM as well. For cooling, it has a five-layer liquid cooling onboard.

For cameras, it has a dual-camera setup with a 50MP f/1.8 main camera + 2MP f/2.4 macro lens with LED flash. For selfies, it has an 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera. It runs Android 11 with OriginOS 1.0. It also has WiFi 6, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, OTG, USB-C. and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

iQOO Z5x 6GB/128GB - CNY 1,599 (around PHP 12.6K)

iQOO Z5x 8GB/128GB - CNY 1,699 (around PHP 13K)

iQOO Z5x 8GB/256GB - CNY 1,899 (around PHP 15K)

The iQOO Z5x is available in three colors called Len Black, Sandstone Orange, and Fog Sea White. It is now available for pre-order in China today through vivo's website and other online retailers.

Local price and availability are yet to be confirmed though. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
