vivo today confirmed that that the 2021 version of the Y15 is coming to the Philippines soon.

The device will be a style and selfie-focused smartphone boasting a "fashionable" hardware design with a luggage-like pattern and x light streaks at the back with a rectangular-shaped camera hump housing its dual-camera config. For selfies, it is using an 8MP "Night Selfie" shooter.According to vivo, the device is designed to ensure that all images taken are focused with "enlightened beauty" against a bokeh or haloing backdrop. It also has a Selfie Soft Light Band that provides a real-time preview of the fill light effects for clear selfies in most lighting conditions, even in low light. This also has AI to help its users take optimized selfies.
The new handset also highlights a large 5,000mAh battery despite having a slim 8.2mm body. vivo claimed that it can provide up to 18 hours of HD moving streaming or 7 hours of intensive gameplay. It also has a 5V/1A reverse charging solution that will allow the phone to double as an emergency power bank.
The company hasn't shared other details about the smartphone yet. But, it can be seen in its poster that it will also feature a display with slim bezels with an old-school notch.
