vivo Y76 5G unveiled with Dimensity 700, 44W charging and 50MP camera
vivo is releasing midrange devices left and right, this time they have unveiled the Y76 5G, a vanilla version of the Y76s 5G.

vivo Y76 unveiled!
The vanilla variant vivo Y76 isn't different from its older brother when it comes to design, it has the same dewdrop display on the front with slim bezels on the side and a thick chin bezel below. Flipping it at the back you'd find the three sensors and LED flash in rectangular-shaped housing, while the back cover will remain the same.

The phone is equipped with a 6.58-inch LCD screen with FullHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 90.6 percent screen to body ratio, 96 percent NTSC color gamut, and 460 nits of brightness.
One of the changes from its older sibling will be the chipset inside. This time vivo toned it slightly down with only 7nm MediaTek octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It also uses 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage. This handset will also bear the same capabilities of expanding its RAM virtually by 4GB using the Extended RAM technology.

For the batteries, the device carries 4,100mAh and can be charged using a 44W power adaptor.

Another change will be the camera, this time the vanilla model now has three sensors. It uses 50MP as the main lens, followed by 2MP for macro and another 2MP as depth shooter. As for selfies, it uses a 16MP module. Additionally, the phone also comes with Super Night Mode in both cameras, Ultra Stable Video and Dual-View Video.
Other features will be the side-mounted fingerprint scanner, Five-Dimensional Liquid Cooling System, Multi-Turbo, and Ultra Game Mode 2.0.
For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, USB-C and, a 3.5mm headphone jack while the software of the handset will be Android 11 with Funtouch OS skin on top.

vivo Y76 8GB/128GB - MYR 1,299 (around PHP 15.6K)
It is now available in Malaysia in two colorways Cosmic Aurora and Midnight Space colors.
It can be bought through the brand's website, however, we have no news yet regarding its availability in other markets.
