After the big specs teaser, Motorola teased that the Edge X30 will have an under-display 60MP selfie camera. Yes, a big sensor under the screen!

Yesterday, we reported that the Moto Edge 30 is expected to have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, 6.67-inch OLED screen with 144Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution, 10-bit color, and HDR10+. It is also expected to have up to 16GB RAM, 512GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 68W fast charging. 2x 50MP camera sensors headline the rear camera setup.
But, the highlight here is the 60MP selfie camera. Why? Motorola teased a photo without any notch or cutout on its screen. The accompanying caption was written by Motorola General Manager Chen Jin stating that even if the under-display selfie camera is still considered a radical choice, the company decided to do it.
The company also stated that a "special version" of the Moto Edge X30 will feature this. The previous iterations of this technology, although promising, still need a lot of time in the oven to be perfect. Now, Motorola is putting a 60MP sensor under the display, it excites us to see how the company implemented it.
