The Venu 2 Plus features a 43mm circular body with an AMOLED screen protected by Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It also has an Always-On mode to keep essential information available at a glance. It also has up to 9 days of battery life. You can also charge it for 10 minutes to get up to 1 day of battery life with its rapid battery recharge technology.

It has the ability to take phone calls, voice assistant control with compatibility with Siri, Google Assistant, and Bixby. In terms of health features, it has 24/7 monitoring of heart rate, sleep habits with Firstbeat Analytics, breathwork activities, fitness age, respiration, Pulse Ox, all-day stress, hydration, and women's health. It also has Body Battery energy monitoring that shows users how much energy your body has. The Health Snapshot logs a 2-minute window of key health stats.

Over 25 built-in indoor and GPS sports apps like walking, running, HIIT, cycling, pool swimming, Pilates, yoga, indoor climbing, hiking, advanced strength training with muscle map visuals, and more are included in the Venu 2 Plus.

Preloaded workouts are also accessible on the watch, and users can download preset routines using the Garmin Connect app on their smartphones. The device is compatible with Garmin Coach's free adaptive training plans too.
