iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 SE features SD888 series and gimbal camera!

iQOO just revealed its two newest premium smartphone called iQOO 9 SE and iQOO 9.

iQOO 9 features

First, the iQOO 9 features a 6.56-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate 300Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support.

Inside, it has the 3.0GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G octa-core processor, Adreno 680 GPU, up to 12GB RAM, up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It can use the latter for the Extended RAM feature. It also has a 4,350mAh battery with 120W fast charging. 

It also features the Full Coverage Vapor Chamber Liquid Cooling System which can lower the surface temperature by as much as 12 degrees Celsius during gaming.

For cameras, it has a triple camera setup with a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor with gimbal OIS + 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor + 13MP portrait camera with 2X optical zoom with LED flash. It also has a 16MP selfie camera. It runs Android 12 with Funtouch OS 12 as well.

The handset measures 159.1 x 75.1 x 8.63 mm.

iQOO 9 SE features

Next, the iQOO 9 SE features a 6.62-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. Inside, it has the 2.84GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G octa-core processor, Adreno 680 GPU, up to 12GB RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, and up to 4,500mAh battery with 66W FlashCharge.

For cameras, it has a 48MP IMX598 sensor with OIS with no gimbal + 13MP ultra-wide-angle/macro sensor with LED flash. It also has a 16MP selfie sensor as well.

Both devices also have an In-Display fingerprint sensor.

In addition, iQOO also announced its GamePad. It is a USB-C gamepad meant to make gaming more immersive, especially in games such as Free Fire, Battlegrounds Mobile India, and COD: Mobile. It also has a 150Hz battery life.

iQOO 9 SE 8GB/128GB - INR 34,000 (around PHP 23K)

iQOO 9 SE 12GB/256GB - INR 38,000 (around PHP 26K)

iQOO 9 8GB/128GB - INR 43,000 (around PHP 29K)

iQOO 9 12GB/256GB - INR 47,000 (around PHP 32K)

The iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 SE are now available in India. No word about local pricing and availability yet. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
