It is lighter and more ergonomic

The PlayStation VR2's design is inspired by the PS5's looks. It features a Black and White colorway. The VR2 Sense Controller also sees a redesign as well with a more intuitive and lighter design. The headset itself also has a slimmer design with a lighter feel to lessen fatigue during usage. It also comes with a lens adjustment dial and a built-in motor for the headset feedback.

The headset also has a more ergonomic design that is meant to fit comfortably into different head sizes. The headset will also come with a single cord setup for more convenient connecting and usage. Inside, it features OLED displays with 2000 x 2040 resolution per eye. It has a refresh rate of 90Hz and 120Hz. For sensors, it has a six-axis motion sensor and an IR Proximity sensor.

It has 4 cameras for headset and controller tracking. It also has an IR camera for eye tracking per eye. It connects to the PS5 via USB-C. It also has a connection for stereo headphones as well as a built-in microphone.
