BLU F91 with Dimensity 810 and 5G launched

BLU launches its first 5G smartphone called the F91 which sports a MediaTek processor and a big battery.

BLU has a new mid-range contender!

The handset shares resemblance with a lot of vivo or realme phones today with its Glossy back finish in Blue color and centered punch-hole display design.

The phone's screen

The LCD panel has a size of huge 6.8-inch with FHD+ 1080 x 2460 resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

It is equipped with a 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.

The battery comes with a 5,000mAh capacity and supports 18W fast charging along with 10W wireless charging. The brand claims its juice can last up to 3 days of regular use.

The camera features

For its cameras, it is using 48MP primary, 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 5MP sensor, plus a 2MP macro shooter and a 2MP depth helper. The front-facing shooter however has 16MP.

Inside the box

Its box also includes a USB-C cable, headset, screen protector, and even a rugged case.

For connectivity, it has WiFi, 5G, 4G, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The software side runs Android 11 out of the box, and there is no confirmation of how many updates it can receive.

The handset is now available in the US and is currently on sale at USD 200 or around PHP 10.4K but it will go back to its original price after the sale. Moreover, Amazon allows you to trade in your old device and receive an Amazon Gift Card to get even more discounts. 

However, there's no info if it will come to other markets.
