In terms of CPU and GPU, we will give the HUAWEI Mate 50 because it is the faster Plus variant of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. However, it has no 5G unlike the SD8G1 of the Magic4 Pro.
The Magic4 Pro does have a faster wired and wireless SuperCharge technology at 100W each.

Our thoughts
Both the HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro and HONOR Magic4 Pro offer compelling specs and features for the premium flagship segment.
But, the HONOR Magic4 Pro edges out the Mate 50 Pro in some segments. Yes, the Mate 50 Pro features the faster Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, the new ultra-aperture camera system with OIS and AIS, and the Kunlun Glass. The lack of Google services and 5G out of the box is still a thorn in its side though.
However, the HONOR Magic4 Pro aside from being 5G-ready and having Android 12 out of the box, also has a larger ultra-wide camera, and a faster 100W SuperCharge charging for both wireless and wired technology. It is also the more affordable of the two.
