Zomato ceases PH operations
Restaurant aggregator Zomato has officially ended its operations in the Philippines.

Zomato bids farewell
Users checking Zomato's website could see the company's goodbye message:
It has been a great run but we have, sadly, stopped our operations here! the message reads.
Zomato, however, said its operations in India and the United Arab Emirates remain up and running.
This development came over two years after the company decided to close down its pro program in the country, which used to provide benefits to its members.
Launched in 2010, Zomato allows customers to search and discover restaurants, and even read and write reviews on the platform. While Zomato also serves as a food delivery partner to other markets, it only provided information about restaurants in the Philippines.
