NVIDIA launched mid-range graphics cards under the RTX 4000 Series which is intended for 1440p gaming.
The new GPU called the RTX 4070 came with various improvements versus its predecessors. It boasts 12GB GDDR6X VRAM and 5,888 CUDA cores clocked at up to 2.48GHz.
NVIDIA claims that it is 1.7 times faster than the RTX 3070ti while taking less power by 23 percent too. The brand also boasts that it has identical performance to the RTX 3080 10GB but consumes half the power thanks to the ADA Lovelace architecture.
It also offers a 192-bit bus, 21 Gbps speed, and 504Gbps bandwidth. Similar to other 40-series graphics cards, the RTX 4070 uses 3rd gen RT Cores and 4th gen Tensor cores that permit features like shader execution reordering and DLSS3 frame generation.

You may also take a look at the 8th gen NVENC encoder but it's only one of that versus two on other versions of the 40-Series.
The RTX 4070 draws power at 200W with NVIDIA saying that it has an average of 186W of gaming power.
