TECNO announces photography contest in PH—win a smartphone or up to PHP 50,000 cash

ICONIC Philippines CAMON 20 Pro Series Photography Contest starts this week!

The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation and TECNO launched the competition just on Tuesday, inviting Filipino amateurs, hobbyists, and professionals to capture photos that would reflect "what it means to be a Filipino."

Entry submissions for the first round run from July 11 to 21. Five contestants would then be chosen to take photos using TECNO CAMON 20 Pro 5G for the last round.

The person who will secure the third spot will receive PHP 20,000; the second placer will then take home PHP 30,000; while the grand winner will get PHP 50,000.

How can you join?

1. Interested participants can register and submit up to five digital portraits embodying what a Filipino is to them.
2. Photos must be shared on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtags #IconicPhilippines #TECNOPhilippines #CAMON20ProPhotoContest, with the viewing set to public.
3. The entries will be screened based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and impact.

Who will judge your work? Photography experts and a TECNO PH representative will compose the panel.
