The flagship chip to power MediaTek's 2025 high-end devices?
MediaTek has announced that it will launch its latest flagship chipset on October 9.
The new generation of MediaTek is coming soon. Lock on @MediaTek's official Weibo. Let's explore the world of Dimensity chips together at 10:30 on October 9! the company said in a Weibo post.
The company did not provide other details about its upcoming launch.
According to reports, the new chipset is expected to be called Dimensity 9400. It is also expected to feature AI NPU and Arm's Immortalis-G925 MC12 GPU.
The new chipset is also rumored to have an octa-core CPU: 1x 3.63 GHz Cortex-X925 + 3x 2.8 GHz Cortex-X4 + 4x 2.1 GHz Cortex-A725 with significantly higher performance than the Dimensity 9300. It's also expected to feature the most powerful GPU available.
