It showcased the company's commitment to excellence and its strategic direction for global washing machine production.

Kazuo Kito, President and General Manager of SHARP Philippines expressed his pride in the company's achievement, highlighting the milestone as a testament to the team's longstanding commitment and the continuous support from dealers and customers. He reaffirmed the company's emphasis on quality and innovation, highlighting its dedication to producing state-of-the-art solutions for the laundry needs of every user.

SHARP noted that its dedication to bringing new technologies is demonstrated by its local R&D which is also seen in its latest washing machine products. The brand also underscored it has transformed traditional laundry practices and has garnered positive feedback from Filipino consumers, solidifying SHARP's status as a top supplier of laundry appliances tailored to local needs.

Since launching its washing machine production line in 1987, SHARP Philippines has been committed to serving Filipino households and bolstering local manufacturing. Recently, last July 15 to 31, the brand held a contest titled "Search For Oldest Washing Machine," attracting over a hundred entries and demonstrating the brand's enduring appeal.

To celebrate the production of their 11 millionth washing machine, SHARP has launched a promotional campaign with exclusive deals and discounts.

Additionally, customers are entitled to free check-ups and a discount of 11 percent on parts replacement for their washing machines. This offer is valid from August 15th to September 30th, 2024.

Apart from promos SHARP also took part in helping communities during big crises. The brand is giving washing machines to all the cities which will begin in 17 cities in Metro Manila. These products are going to be turned over to the respective offices of the Mayor to distribute to their local constituents and should be utilized for evacuation centers. SHARP said this should provide communities a machine to use during emergencies while taking refuge.
