Infinix ZERO Flip launched in PH: Zero gap hinge, 4K 60fps back and front videos, PHP 29,999 SRP

Infinix Philippines silently introduced its first foldable smartphone in the country—the ZERO Flip.

The Infinix ZERO Flip is a neat-looking foldable available in Blossom Glow and Rock Black colorways.

It features a large 6.9-inch folding LTPO AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, FHD+ resolution, and TÜV Rheinland Eye Care certification. It also has a top-center punch-hole for the 50MP f/2.45 selfie camera.

The large 3.64-inch cover screen could be used to show date, time, notifications, customizable 3D animated pets, and quick shortcuts to popular apps.

According to Infinix, this clamshell foldable smartphone has a Zero Gap Hinge with minimal crease and can survive up to 400,000 folds. 

For specs, it is mid-range. The handset is powered by the 2.6GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 8020 octa-core processor, 8GB RAM, up to 16GB Extended RAM, and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.

For a slim and small clamshell foldable, Infinix managed to squeeze a large 4,720mAh battery capacity with 70W fast charging support. In comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 with a similar form factor only has a 4,000mAh cell.

Infinix claims that a 15-minute charge can provide a 48 percent charge. It even has 10W of Reverse Charging support.

The rest of the specs

At the back, the handset has a 50MP f/1.88 main shooter with OIS and PDAF focus. It is paired with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera. All cameras, (including the selfie shooter) support up to 4K 60fps video shooting—a rare feat on mid-range smartphones.

Moreover, Infinix said that this phone can seamlessly connect with GoPro.

Of course, it has Infinix AI with Smart Translate, ASK AI, Folax with Google Gemini, AI Erase, AI Search in Photos, and Long Press Cut Out, to name a few.

The device has up to 2 major OS updates which means that it is upgradable up to Android 16. It also has 3 years of security patches.
