POCO has been teasing the launch date of its X7 Series, now the company revealed the chipset for the Pro version.
Based on its official teaser photo, the POCO X7 Pro will be among the first to adopt the Dimensity 8400.
This chip boasts 3.25GHz max clock speed with all big core CPU design. This also has Mali-G720 GPU which should offer an improved gaming experience.
POCO's official Facebook post confirms the AnTuTu speed for the POCO X7 Pro with 1.7M points on the benchmark testing app. Although the company did not reveal the breakdown of the scores.
Rumors suggest that the POCO X7 Pro may have a bright screen of 3200 nits and a responsive touch sampling rate of 2,560Hz. Moreover, it is expected to feature Gorilla Glass 7i protection and an IP68 rating.
It is reported to feature a 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging and will sport 50MP Sony IMX882 with OIS and EIS.
When it comes to the vanilla POCO X7, it is reported to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Its processor would be Dimensity 7300-Ultra and will have 12GB RAM/512GB storage, 5,110mAh battery + 45W fast charging, and 50MP main camera + 20MP selfie shooter.
For now let's all wait for the official launch on January 9, 2025.
