ASUS Zenbook 2025 laptop lineup launched: Intel Core Ultra (Series 2), AMD Ryzen AI Processors, OLED screen, starts at PHP 78K

ASUS is launching its new Zenbooks in the Philippines, equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 and Ultra 9 Series and AMD Ryzen AI 7 processors.

These new laptops from ASUS come in the iconic slim and light form factor that the Zenbook is known for.

ASUS Zenbook 14 UM3406KA with AMD Ryzen AI

The first of the three new laptops is the new Zenbook 14 UM3506KA Copilot+ PC. It has a 14-inch ASUS Lumina OLED screen with a 1,920 x 1,200 resolution, a 600 nits peak brightness, and an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. It supports 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and is DisplayHDR True Black 600 certified. Inside is the AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, AMD XDA NPU (up to 50TOPS), and AMD Radeon 860M GPU.

Alongside are the 16GB LPDDR5X onboard RAM, 512GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, and a 75Wh lithium polymer battery with 65W charging via USB-C. It has 1 USB 4.0, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 2, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, 1 HDMI 2.1, and a 1x audio combo jack. 

It is equipped with an ASUS AISense camera, speakers, array microphones, a precision trackpad, Bluetooth 5.3, and WiFi 6E. The laptop measures 312.62 x 226.3 x 14.9 mm and weighs 1.2 kg.

ASUS Zenbook 14 UX3405CA with Intel Core Ultra (Series 2)

Up next is the Zenbook 14 UX3405CA. It features a 14-inch OLED screen with a 2,880 x 1,800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, 550 nits peak brightness, and an 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. It supports 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and is DisplayHDR 500 True Black certified.

Inside is either the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H or the Ultra 9 285H processor with Intel AI Boost NPU up to 13 TOPS and Intel ARC Graphics. Alongside the processor are the 16GB LPDDR5X onboard RAM, 512GB/1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, and a 75Wh lithium polymer battery with 65W charging via USB-C. 

t features an ASUS AiSense Camera, speakers, microphone array, and a precision trackpad. For connectivity, it has 2 Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, 1 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, 1 HDMI 2.1, and 1 combo audio jack. The laptop measures 312.42 x 220.05 x 14.9mm and weighs 1.2kg.

ASUS Zenbook DUO UX8406CA with dual screens and Intel Core Ultra (Series 2)

Lastly is the Zenbook DUO UX8406CA with the Intel Core Ultra 9 285H processor with Intel AI Boost NPU up to 13TOPS and Intel ARC Graphics. Alongside the processor are the 32GB LPDDR5X onboard RAM, 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD, and a 75Wh Lithium Polymer battery with 65W Type-C charging.

Like previous generations, it comes with a dual 14-inch OLED touchscreen with a 2,880 x 1,800 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 500 nits peak brightness. It supports 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The panel is Display HDR Black 500 certified, PANTONE validated, TUV Rheinland certified and SGS Eyecare Display certified.

It features Harman Kardon-certified Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, array microphones, Bluetooth 5.4, and dual-band WiFi 7. For connectivity, it has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports, 1 USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, an HDMI 2.,1 and a combo audio jack. The dual-screen laptop measures 31.3 x 21.7 x 1.99 cm with the keyboard and weighs 1.65kg with the keyboard.

All three laptops are running Windows 11 Home out of the box.

All three models will be available at ASUS Concept Stores and authorized distributors nationwide in February 2025. Each purchase includes complimentary Office 2024 Home free lifetime licenses plus a 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365 basic.

Each Zenbook AI laptop is also entitled to ASUS after-sales service which includes a 2-year international warranty and ASUS Perfect Warranty with a 1-year accidental damage.
