Smart Junior Plan launched: Unli access to kid-friendly apps, PHP 499 per month

PLDT mobile arm Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) earlier announced the launch of the "Junior Plan".

The Smart Postpaid Junior Plan is the telco giant's latest offer to keep parents and their children connected. It provides access to a curated suite of kid-friendly apps and a safer browsing experience through Smart's Child Protection Platform.

The Smart Child Protection Platform is a cybersecurity solution that aims to ensure a more secure online experience for children by blocking access to illegal sites and links with inappropriate and abusive material.

The Smart Postpaid Junior Plan is a supplementary line to Smart Postpaid subscribers on Plan 999 and up. It comes with 10GB open access data, Unli All-Net Calls and Texts, and unlimited access to the online learning platform Khan Academy, streaming apps YouTube [Kids] and Spotify, and messaging apps Messenger [Kids] and Viber.

Interestingly, even the popular mobile gaming app Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is included as a FREE app access to this service.
