HUAWEI FreeBuds 6 coming soon to PH on June 20

Apart from the HUAWEI nova Y73, the brand will also release the Freebuds 6 TWS earbuds in the Philippines soon.

Stylish Hi-Res audio soon in PH

As per HUAWEI's press release, its ergonomic and stylish Hi-Res earbuds are launching in the Philippines on June 20.

To recap, the new earbuds feature a droplet-shaped design with smooth curves for a comfortable fit. Compared to their predecessor, they are 12 percent smaller and 9 percent lighter. Additionally, they come with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

The FreeBuds 6 also utilize a dual-driver system consisting of an 11 mm dynamic driver and a planar diaphragm driver. This setup is designed to deliver clear highs, deep bass, and balanced mids, even in open sound environments.

The features

The earbuds adopt a separated triple-system design for improved audio quality and mark HUAWEI’s first open-fit model to support 2.3 Mbps lossless audio transmission, offering high-resolution sound up to 48 kHz/24 bit. They also carry the HWA Lossless and Hi-Res Wireless Audio certifications.

Another feature to watch out for is the battery, as the device is capable of providing up to 2.5 hours of playback from just a 5-minute charge. 

A full charge extends usage to 36 hours. The smart charging system is said to improve battery longevity by 37 percent by adapting to individual charging habits.

Further features include dual-device connectivity across iOS, Android, and Windows, with seamless switching supported on EMUI devices. 

The earbuds also enable proximity pairing, automatically prompting a connection when the case is opened. 

Finally, HUAWEI revealed a PHP 500 voucher for those who will order via official Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada. Customers will also get a FREE umbrella worth PHP 900 and a 1-year HUAWEI Loss Care to enjoy a 50 percent discount on a new, single earbud.
