Tank build and long-lasting battery
Design-wise, the phone comes with a familiar look with its top center circular camera island and is available in fresh colorways such as Bamboo Green, Cinnabar Red, Moon White, and Midnight Black.
Additionally, the phone boasts durable construction that is made possible by combining different technologies. It comprises of reinforced back shell, a Honeycomb bracket, a shock-absorbing middle frame, an under-screen damping layer, another damping layer around the screen, and tempered glass.

With that, the device received the 1st gold-label three-proof certification, SGS five-star reliability, able to survive 2.5 meters of drops, and 10+ ground drop resistance.
On top of those, the phone also has IP66/68/69 and even IP69K rating, making it able to survive high-pressure water gun impact and boiling water immersion to complete its durable moniker.
In terms of display, the phone uses a 6.79-inch AMOLED with 1.5K 2640 x 1200 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 6,000 nits peak brightness, and 3840Hz PWM dimming.
Inside, the phone is powered by the 2.3GHz 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage options.

As the main highlight, the phone features a very large 8,300mAh battery capacity, making it one of the largest yet in the industry. HONOR also mentioned the 6-year durability rating on the 3rd-gen silicon carbon battery
It is paired with a USB-C 80W HONOR SuperCharge and 80W wireless charging support for the 512GB model.
For cameras, it uses a 50MP f/1.88 main shooter with OIS, and 4K video recording, plus an unspecified sensor and an LED flash.
Other features are stereo speakers for an immersive audio experience.
Connectivity-wise, it has WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.
For OS, the phone runs Android 15 with MagicOS 9.0 skin on top.

The device is going to be available for sale in China on July 18. No word yet for a PH release at the moment.
