According to Huang Tao, vivo VP of Products, the standard X300 will ship with a 200MP ZEISS super primary camera, while the X300 Pro will come with an 85mm equivalent 200MP APO Super Telephoto lens.

Both cameras will support advanced optical stabilizations and are CIPA 4.5-level and CIPA 5.5-level rated. This supposedly translates to one of the most stable cameras on any smartphone. Like previous generations, it includes the ZEISS T* coating and the same deep-blue absorption glass previously seen on the vivo X200 Ultra.

For video, the X300 Pro will supposedly be the world's first to support 4K 60fps portrait video recording, along with dual-focus 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR and 4K 120fps 10-bit Log recording.

Prolific leaker Digital Chat Station claims that the series will come with UFS 4.1 storage, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0, and Sony LYT828 (main camera) and LYT602 sensors (periscope camera).
